Conference Fees include: Admission to all lecture and poster sessions. Conference Lunches (Fri/Sat). Welcome Reception (Thursday), Exhibit Reception (Friday), After Work Party (Saturday) and all AM and PM breaks.

Conference Fees do not include:  Accommodations, Accompanying Guest/s or Workshops.

Accompanying Guest/s: $85/person NOTE: Guests are not permitted to attend meeting
  LATE REGISTRATION: Beginning April 1, 2011- Guest fee is $100/person
  Includes: Welcome Reception (Thur), Exhibit Reception (Fri) and After Work Party (Sat)
     
Workshop Fees: $135/workshop
(all workshops)
NOTE: Workshop attendees must be registered as a conference delegate
  LATE REGISTRATION: Beginning April 1, 2011- Workshop fees $150/workshop
